Meet the Vocks

Matt and Stephanie Vock are COVID newlyweds with an 8-year-old dog, Chloe and are expecting their first baby this winter. New to the Loveland area, Matt and Stephanie are excited to make Loveland their home and plant their roots here.

Why did you want to move?

"We were in a two bedroom apartment for a few years and it was just time. We knew we wanted to start a family and we were ready for more space. Plus, we were ready to give our 8-year-old pup Chloe a yard to play in since she’s been in apartments her whole life."

What was most challenging part of buying your home?

"I would say the most challenging part was just buying in the 2021 market. We could not have expected how competitive it would be. I don’t even think our incredible realtors expected it. It was tough falling in love with houses and putting in offers only to lose them to another buyer with a more appealing offer. I think everyone is just doing the best they can in this market and the emotional roller coaster was tough, but in the end very worth it."

What surprised you most about the buying/selling process?

"I think despite the emotional roller coaster, once we found our home and our offer was accepted we were surprised at how seamless the process was. Family and friends had warned us that it would be stressful and crazy but in all honesty, it was pretty stress-free. I give most of the credit for that to our amazing realtors and lending agent who were so thorough walking us through everything and making sure we understood everything that was happening. But overall I was surprised at how things just came together in the end. I also recognize that we were very fortunate that was our situation."

What was the BEST part about moving and/or over all experience with our team?

"The best part was getting into the house and neighborhood we had dreamed of. At a certain point with this market we had resigned ourselves that we may have to settle for something that wasn’t everything we were looking for. But the Frietch Team made sure we stuck with it to get what we wanted. We loved the relationships we formed with everyone on the team and just their personal touch in helping us reach this huge milestone."

Why did you choose the Brittney Freitch Team?

"Well, we received so many recommendations for them we knew we had to talk to them. And then we ended up choosing to work with them because they just matched our energy and excitement for finding our first home. We felt comfortable with them and felt that they truly listened and cared about what we wanted and why. Together as a team they were just everything we needed for this journey and we honestly could not have imagined going through the process with anyone else."
