Meet the Bryants

Rich, Andrea, Peyton, Aubrey and Kendall! A busy, typical All-American family who is active in sports and activities. Loves to travel, seek out adventures and spend time together. They feel lucky to call Loveland home for the past 8 years and LOVE raising their daughters in this community!

Why did you want to move?

"We lived in a great home in a wonderful neighborhood in Loveland, but it wasn't close to everything that we do and it just wasn't the right fit. It was also a long commute to our jobs. We were looking for a home with a layout that was a better fit for our family and one that was closer to all of our girls' activities in Loveland. Additionally, with the economic climate we were struggling with the decision to refinance and update our house to fit our needs or find the 'perfect' home for our family, all while staying in Loveland."

What was most challenging?

"The biggest challenge was searching and waiting to find the right house for our family. We knew what we wanted and we were not willing to settle on a new home that wasn't perfect. Searching for a new home can be an emotional roller coaster; watching listings, going to see houses on the market and not finding the right one. We had been looking to find the perfect home for over a year. The process can be difficult when starting out, but embracing the search and staying focused on the end result is important. We knew that we were picky, but sticking to our dream and list of must-haves definitely paid off. We can happily say that we now have the perfect home for our family in a wonderful neighborhood and a prime location."

What surprised you most about the buying/selling process?

"The biggest surprise with the process was that everything happened so quickly once we found the right house. From agreeing to terms on the purchase, to listing and selling our house, to closing and moving in...everything happened within 6 weeks. While the timeline was quick and created a flurry of activity in our lives, it allowed our family to be settled in our new home without a long, drawn out process. The best part was being in our new home for the holidays, as this is our favorite time of the year."

Why did you choose the Brittney Frietch Team?

"Our family started the search for a new home on our own. We thought it would be easy to find a new house. After about 5 months, we realized that we needed an expert, someone to guide us through the process and help us along the journey of finding the perfect home.
