Before transitioning into real estate, Heather built a successful career with Eli Lilly and Company in pharmaceutical sales and also worked in hospice care—experiences that shaped her compassionate, client-first approach. As a wife to Justin and a proud mom of five, she understands firsthand the emotional and logistical complexities of major life transitions. Heather is especially passionate about empowering women, supporting clients through divorce or separation, and helping families navigate downsizing when aging in place is no longer safe.
