She went above and beyond from day one,..

After knowing Kandy for years and watching her shift her career into reality, we decided to hire her to sell our home. We were in a life shift with changing family needs, new job and a very busy day to day life. She went above and beyond from day one, even before we officially started the process of listing. The tools and feedback she offered to us to get our house ready for market were spot on, and easy to follow. She never once left us feeling unheard or like she was unavailable, which was very helpful with our crazy schedules. The photographer she hired was phenomenal and she was right along side him to make sure our house presented the best it could the day of pictures. Her marketing was wonderful as well, and we discussed in depth pricing and strategy. This led us to a full price offer, day one of the house being on market, which was exactly what we hoped for. She helped every step of the way leading us to closing, including prepping us for inspection and appraisal, helping us find quality contractors for repairs, meeting contractors for quotes when we were not available, and even helping us patch walls as we packed among many other things. She was there for days before closing helping us with our family, bringing dinner, packing boxes, cleaning….you name it and she was there, absolutely saving us when we were down to the wire. I could not begin to even describe the amount of things that she went above and beyond on through this process. She was understanding, helpful, caring, reassuring…I could go on and on!
