Our experience with BF Realty and Heather McColaugh in particular could not have gone better! We found Heather as the MOST highly recommended realtor in the Loveland Moms facebook group, and we certainly were not let down! Heather was amazing from start to finish - she truly cares about her clients and treats them like family. It is very obvious that Heather has a passion for what she does and truly invests her time and energy into making the entire process as "fun" as it possibly can be! BF Realty is an impressive company and we loved using someone local who we know is very active and involved in our community. I will always recommend Heather and BF Realty to anyone I meet that is considering moving. We loved getting several offers on our home the first day it was on the market, and getting over asking price too! Look no further!!! BF Realty and especially Heather McColaugh, are the best. Heather came with a high recommendation from our son and he sure was not wrong. She was such an amazing person to work with and full of never ending energy. She helped us every step of the way and was always there to answer questions any time we had them. She walked us through the sale of our home and each of the offers we had, sharing her knowledge of the business as well as making sure we were comfortable with each step. When it came to purchasing a new home, she put multiple houses in front of us to look at even when we didn't think there were any that existed. We ultimately decided on a new build, and she helped us through each step of the way. She is an amazing realtor and by the time we were through the entire process my wife and I felt as if we not only had the best realtor available but an amazing new friend as well. We would recommend her to everyone!!
